Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Fresh Ventilation systems come with a minimum 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Premium filtration units and fans often feature extended warranties of up to 5 years.
What is your return policy for unused items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that once a unit has been installed or the ducting has been cut, it is no longer eligible for a standard return.
